Rockar last week launched its brand new Jaguar Land Rover showroom store at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London. Situated in London's premium shopping centre, Cabot Place, the new store backs into the lobby of One Canada Square
The new store continues to reflect the experience and knowledge gained by Rockar over the past 5 years from user activity and the changes in consumer buying behaviour. Canary Wharf identified a highly relevant audience to the brand, both existing and competitors.
This flagship omni channel store presents itself straight off the DLR and will continue to provide customers full control of the whole buying process. Rockar have continued their partnership with Dalziel and Pow on the design of the store which reflects the brands, the innovative technology focus and reputation for high levels of customer service.
The focus of the Rockar Jaguar Land Rover store is to continue building brand engagement, and empowering the customer to purchase a car with an experience that puts them very firmly in control. Utilising Rockar’s industry-first technology, customers will be able to configure their new car, agree a value for their trade-in and arrange finance using in-store technology that makes the process seamless, fast and enjoyable. Should the customer prefer, however, they can complete their purchase online in the comfort of their own home.
