Jaguar Land Rover has become the latest car brand to join Rockar’s pioneering approach to automotive sales, opening a new digital showroom in Westfield Stratford City. This is the third Rockar store we’ve developed, the first for Jaguar Land Rover.

Rockar was formed in 2011 to develop an easy and flexible alternative to buying and owning a car. Launching in partnership with Hyundai, the omnichannel concept is unprecedented in the UK automotive industry, reflecting the way in which consumers’ now research online and jump between channels on their shopping journeys.
The store is defined by zones, tailored to different stages of the customer journey. A gallery-style ‘white box’ entrance displays a regular rotation of cars to attract passers-by, and then the ‘create’, ‘educate’ and ‘inform’ zones cater to all aspects of buying a car, from browsing and consultation to choosing bespoke finishes. Inherently flexible, the space has sliding walls that open up behind-the-scenes areas, ideal for hosting private viewings and VIP launches.
