Dalziel and Pow have been working with Next since 2006, gradually improving all aspects of the brand's ‘look and feel’, to create a more relevant and vibrant offer for the loyal customer base. New product ranges enhance the total experience, with the introduction of dedicated space for Perfume, Footwear and Sport.

New stores feel more and more like department stores, rather than mono-brand fashion stores. All of this is achieved through a very simple and disciplined structure – each department using fundamentally the same merchandise system behind a customised, bespoke, visual treatment. The design process is continuous and relentless, constantly evolving the concept in all its 2D and 3D manifestations. Benchmark stores set the level, from Meadowhall in 2007, to White City in 2009, Bond Street in 2010 and Eldon Square and Stratford in 2011.
