We were appointed by Natwest to create a concept for the future of their retail banking channel, to establish a branch network to deliver ‘Helpful Banking’, to embody the strategy to become the UK’s most helpful and sustainable bank. We created a concept with a customer focused design, which recognises the need for a truly unique banking experience that reconnects with the customer on an emotional level as well as aesthetic.

The concept has a zonal approach to enable the customer to decide how they transact, at their own pace. The customer can choose technology when appropriate, or has the option to interact with staff if preferred. The ambiance has a domestic quality, but with a line of professionalism and cleanliness, underlining the feeling of efficiency with a human face – the heart of ‘Helpful Banking’.
