Illum, Denmark’s leading department store, with 28,000 sqm of retail space, appointed us to develop a vision to enable the brand to step forward with confidence and a renewed purpose. We identified a programme involving the redesign of the brand identity and all brand communications, store master planning, graphic communications, storewide design control and departmental design, to create a truly ‘visible difference’ for the future.

After our involvement, rents have been increasing and new brands are continually joining the store.
