Forum Bank
In partnership with NCR Design Centre, we designed a new concept for Forum Bank in Ukraine. Being a subsidiary of the Commerzbank of Frankfurt, certain company fonts and colours needed to be reflected, but it was agreed that relaxing the corporate guidelines and extending the brief to include some local reference would deliver a better result for the bank. We engaged with well-known local fashion and textile designer Anna Karavay, who created unique patterns derived from heritage designs and produced simple abstracted patterns and icons, which were integrated subtly into glazing elements and laser cut into the oak furniture. The branch layout reflects an open and engaging customer experience, with the use of TCRs to give unimpeded customer and staff interaction. A reception desk was also introduced for the corporate and private customers, with their own suite of meeting areas and spaces separate from the rest of the branch.
