We’ve designed a new pop-up space for Crabtree & Evelyn which is dedicated to trialling and developing new ideas, ahead of future store openings. The temporary site on the King’s Road, London focuses on testing a new flagship concept –?‘The Botanist's Home’.

Where, When

King's Road, London; January 2016

About the client

Founded over 40 years ago, Crabtree & Evelyn has evolved from a small, family-run business specialising in fine soaps from around the world, to an international company with over 500 stores worldwide. Long before the natural and wellness movement became popular, Crabtree & Evelyn was wholeheartedly embracing the riches of the natural world, introducing product ranges made with fruit, flower and plant essences.

A bit more detail

The concept pairs an inviting domestic feel with an enhanced focus on product storytelling and exploration. Putting a contemporary twist on an English heritage aesthetic, the goal was to provide a retail experience that appeals to ?Crabtree & Evelyn’s new target customer.

Key features of the pop-up include: Interactive digital touchpoints A dedicated fragrance area New communications hierarchy Product testing clusters, encouraging product sampling New lighting system Central, integrated service desk
